On this page you can find information on our Overnight Nationwide delivery methods, times and charges for all orders made through our website or over the telephone.
Danmade only deliver to the following countries and territories:
Highlands & Isle of White

We will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time; we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
**Please note weekends and Bank Holidays are not considered to be working days. If your order is received before 3pm Monday - Thursday, the goods will be dispatched on the same day as your order for delivery the following working day. Orders received before 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Friday for delivery the following Monday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Online orders delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. The applicable charges will depend upon the location of the delivery address.

For non UK mainland address, UK outer regions Scottish highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands different rates apply.

If you would like us to track your package contact our sales office and we will be happy to track all orders.
9am - 4pm Monday to Friday
If you require a more specific delivery time or if you would like a Saturday delivery this can be arranged but an extra charge will apply and this will need to be pre-arranged with our sales office.
Receipt and signature
All deliveries must be received and signed for in person at the delivery address.
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how you may collect your product.
If you would like to specify a place for the goods to be left if no one will be available to sign for the package, we will pass your instructions on to the courier. Please note, however, that if you request such a delivery then you are taking responsibility for the goods should they go astray after delivery.

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact our sales office. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your package and you are unable to collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we will agree to re-deliver your package. The re delivery will be charged at cost.
Extra charges may also apply when;
A wrong delivery address is provided.
There is an error in the provided delivery address.
Delivery address is not accessible.
Customer or authorised person is not available at the delivery address to accept the package and provide a signature.
